Why one must go down in vain?
 Created by iBoom | Name: ArdidoSpeices: Liocko Created by iBoom Why I adopted him: At first I wasn't much intrested in the speices, yes it was beautiful and unique but nothing caught my eye to well. But when I saw him I knew I just had tyo try to get him. All the others are beautiful but he jkust stood out immensly. You never know til' you try and that is why I am going for him. I just fell in love at first sight. Short Backstory: One stormy night amother Licko and her mate sat in their cave as a vicous storm past through their territory. As they sat looking out of the tunnel the mother who looked heavy with kits cried out in pain knowing she was about to kit. After 5 hours of long un-stopped pain, the mother finally gave birth to three kits but out of three only one surrvived which was the runt of the litter and then the mother was gone. As the young kit layed silent in the darkness of the cave, his father looked down on him pushing him closer to keep warm and said "You will be a brave and strong Liocko, my son. I shall call you Ardido that shows you are bold and not afraid to stand out. Your mother would be proud of you." and then the kit started to cry, cry of hunger and cry of sorrow looking for his mother. 1 year passes The forest was silent except for the occasional bird or two. It was misty and cool, deep in the rain forest you hear 'da-de. da-de. da-de.' of feet hitting the forest floor. Then there was silence. After a minute or two you hear a bird cal and then silence again. Ardido stood from his spot with the bird in his mouth smiling proudly, he ran back to his father dropping the bird infront of him flicking his tail in pride "So how is that?" Ardido said sitting patiently for his reply. His father layed starring at the bird and then nodded his head "Good job Ardido, it is time for you to go and find your own group to live with." Ardido smilied at first and then he looked at his father in shock and in sorrow "But father, you can't take care..." "I can take care of myself just fine!" his father bit back his reply and then calmed and said "You can't stay here forever and watch me wither away." Ardido had sadness in his eyes but nodded his head knowing his father wouldn't let him stay even if he tried. His father stood and led Ardido to the edge of the forest and licked his sons head goodbye and said "Goodluck and goodbye my son, your mother would be proud of you." Ardido nodded and took off but stopped when he was about 30feet looking back once more watching his father disapper into the cave with the bird and then he was off to find his new home. Anything else?: His name means bold. His personality: Ardido is a kind and loving Liocko but he is brave and bold too. He can be hostile and likes to argue back most of the time but then he gives in after awhile and listens. Ardido doesn't fit in as well as most liockos do because he was raised only by his father not by his mother like mostly all liockos are but he tries his best. Ardido is a natural born leader and likes to take control alot. Sometimes he can get bossy but he only just wants to get everything perfect the first time. |
